First Call Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. specializes in disaster restoration (fire, smoke, water, and mold damage), carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, trauma and crime scene cleanup, and weatherization services. 

We are a full service restoration company, handling claims from pack-out to pack-in. We offer 24-hour emergency services, including board-up after a fire or break-in, water extraction, mitigation, and pack-outs and content storage, if necessary. 

We are also experienced, certified carpet, rug, upholstery and air duct cleaners. First Call holds certifications with the IICRC, EPA, and NC General Contractor Licensing Board, and we have a level 2 Infrared Thermographer. 

We are proud to be certified with the BPI to perform Home Energy Audits, and we offer such weatherization and home improvement services as: InjectASeal Retro-fit Foam Insulation, Sealed Crawlspaces, Replacement windows, and air penetration sealing.
